I acknowledge and understand that riding a motorcycle is an inherently dangerous activity which can lead to injury, death or chronic illness. I also acknowledge and understand that riding a motorcycle can aggravate existing medical conditions.

I acknowledge and understand that the instructors of Cedar Motorcycle Riding School cannot be on the bike with me and that the possibility exists for miscommunication between myself and the instructors. That instructors may underestimate my skill level and may ask me to do exercises beyond my skill level. If I feel that my skill level is not sufficient to safely complete a suggested exercise, I will inform the instructor of such, and will take extra caution so as not to place myself in danger. I acknowledge that the instructors will assess my skills as time goes on, but that skill levels can vary up and down as time progresses. I recognize that the instructor has no control over the motorcycle while I am riding it. If I am unsure of my ability to control the bike, or unsure of what I am being asked to do, I will ask for clarity from my instructor. I will use extreme caution at all times, even stopping if necessary. I understand that I will be held financially liable for any damage I cause beyond normal wear and tear.

If I have significant difficulty or become a risk to myself or others, the instructors have the right to remove me from the class. No refunds will be given if this occurs.

I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Cedar Motorcycle Riding School, its owners, agents, officers, and employees from any and all claims, suits or causes of action for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of motorcycles and motorcycle equipment or my participation in any activities.

REFUND POLICY: Once payment has been made, there will be no refunds under any circumstances.

Bottom line: You are on your own when you are riding. The instructor has no way to control the motorcycle you are on. You are agreeing to take full responsibility for the operation of the motorcycle while you are operating it. You will not accuse, hold liable or sue any person owning, working for, or representing Cedar Motorcycle Riding school for any reason whatsoever, including negligence.

I have read the above waiver of liability and by signing below, I am indicating that it is my intention to exempt and relieve Cedar Motorcycle Riding School, it's owners, employees, and representatives from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death caused by negligence or any other cause. I also acknowledge that I have received a copy of the schools’ written policies.

Covid-19: I have not travelled internationally in the last 14 days, and I have no symptoms of Covid-19, including fever or cough. I understand that there are masks available for my protection if I prefer.
